If you would like to become an Online instructor or “face to face” instructor, first of all, you need all the necessary qualifications, experience and the skill to train and mentor others. Prepare a curriculum and the materials and come and have a meeting with our team. Online training materials include videos, lectures, quizzes and tests. You may offer your courses in Albanian and English.
An instructor should have extensive knowledge of the field that he is offering his training and excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills. An instructor should be able to engage the audience, be able to assess the level of understanding of the trainees and measure their progress. An instructor may not pass trainees to the next level if there is no evidence that the trainee has mastered the course content. Be aware that the Hospitality and Tourism Academy issues certificates only when there’s evidence that the trainees have mastered the knowledge and skills at a level as below:
-All papers are scored at maximum of 100 points. The trainee may not be allowed to pass the lesson if he doesn’t score at minimum 60 points and above.
