Our story
Graduated in Tourism and Hospitality and with a big passion for this field, I founded the Hospitality and Tourism Academy in 2015. I invited friends of mine who are passionate experts in their respective fields, to join the Academy. Since that moment, there’s no “I” in the picture, there’s “We”, the TEAM.
We started with 4 trainees only and kept growing in numbers. After the first year of offering professional courses, we started “training on the job”, consulted startups, mentored managers and helped hotels, bars and restaurant to grow. In order to reach a broader audience, in 2019 we started offering online courses also.
Our team keeps growing and we gather around ourselves people that bring extra skills and passion. Together with our trainees, we are a community of professionals. We have passion for this profession and we enormously enjoy what we do!

“This is Keli, I am a waiter and I love what I do”
Who doesn’t know Keli, the passionate waiter who, together with us, created the campaign #passionforprofession, which trains, motivates and encourages the youth to start a career in the hospitality field. Well, Keli was the first trainee to enroll in the Maitre d’Hotel course, when we first opened the Academy. Today, she is the most well-known waitress who is being followed by lots of young professionals.
Keli is a waiter, who loves her profession and we are proud of her!
